Victoria Nesdale

Senior Field Operations Analyst

Victoria Nesdale is a senior field operations analyst who works directly with the Insights for Innovation and Litigation Support teams. Her position involves collaborating with internal teams and field partners to coordinate data collection and recruitment logistics. She is responsible for overseeing the field process for a wide range of projects. She has experience planning and recruiting for video/phone interviews, web surveys, CATI, intercept studies, focus groups, discussion boards and ethnographic research.

Prior to her work at AMS, Victoria held various roles in marketing, sales, and office administration. While working for a well-known California auto brokerage, she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and lease program development. Victoria lived in New Zealand for a few years, where she held various administrative roles, including work on a farm. Her experience across multiple industries contributes to her skills and work ethic. She has recently moved back to New England to pursue her interest in market research neuro-marketing.

Born and raised in Waltham, Massachusetts, her love of travel has taken her all over the globe, immersing in rich culture and cuisines. Apart from travelling, Victoria is also an avid hiker, runner, and trap shooter. If she isn’t outside being active, you can find her playing board games, solving various puzzles, or hanging out with her dog, Tiki.

Victoria holds a in Business Administration with a focus in marketing and a minor in psychology from Ithaca College.
